# Cài đặt hành động gửi ZNS

## 1. Gửi ZNS qua trigger

### Hiện tại hệ thống đang hỗ trợ gửi ZNS qua 3 loại trình kích hoạt:

## 2. Gửi ZNS qua chiến dịch tiếp thị

### 2.1. Hướng dẫn chung

Hành động gửi ZNS là "Gửi thông báo Zalo - Template OA"

### 2.2. Luồng ví dụ

Gửi ZNS chúc mừng sinh nhật tới khách hàng:

Giải thích luồng:

* Nhóm đầu vào: Khách hàng sinh nhật tháng 7
* Kiểm tra thông tin sinh nhật: Có thỏa mãn sinh nhật vào hôm nay không?
* Cập nhật khách hàng: cập nhật/ thay đổi giá trị biến muốn hiển thị trong ZNS mà dữ liệu hệ thống chưa có sẵn
* Hành động gửi ZNS: Chọn nội dung gửi ZNS CMSN (Ngay lập tức, trong khoảng thời gian từ 9h sáng đến 21h tối)

* Thay đổi lại chiến dịch vào ngày hôm sau: Để tiếp tục kiểm tra KH có thông tin sinh nhật thỏa mãn vào ngày hôm sau&#x20;
