# Thêm mới một phân quyền

Để tạo mới vai trò trong hệ thống, vui lòng làm theo 5 bước sau:

### <mark style="color:blue;">Truy cập Phân quyền tài khoản</mark>

Nhấn vào biểu tượng **Cài đặt -> Cấu hình hệ thống -> Phân quyền tài khoản**. Hệ thống sẽ hiển thị màn hình **Phân quyền tài khoản** như sau:

### <mark style="color:blue;">Tạo mới vai trò</mark>

Nhấn vào biểu tượng **Tạo mới** ở góc trên bên phải màn hình **Phân quyền tài khoản** để tạo một Vai trò mới

### <mark style="color:blue;">Điền thông tin chi tiết</mark>

Truy cập vào mục <mark style="color:blue;">**Chi tiết**</mark> trên giao diện **Vai trò - Vai trò mới**, hãy điền thông tin chi tiết thuộc chức danh mà bạn muốn tạo lập, bao gồm:

* **Tên**: Tên của vai trò (tương ứng với vị trí/ chức vụ trong công ty)
* **Mô tả**: Nhập mô tả sơ bộ về vai trò này

### <mark style="color:blue;">Phân quyền</mark>

Truy cập vào mục <mark style="color:blue;">**Quyền hạn**</mark> trên giao diện **Vai trò - Vai trò mới** có thể thao tác như sau:

* Tại cột bên trái, hãy chọn các quyền mà bạn cho phép role này thao tác
* Ở mỗi quyền, bạn sẽ tick vào các quyền mà chức danh này được phép truy cập và sử dụng tại cột bên phải.&#x20;

**Ví dụ:** Ở *Quyền chiến dịch*, của vai trò *Admin*, bạn có thể cấp toàn quyền cho vai trò này truy cập vào *Danh mục* và *Chiến dịch*

Lưu ý: Tại mục **Chi tiết**, nếu bạn tick chọn **Có** cho câu hỏi *<mark style="color:blue;">**Có đầy đủ quyền truy cập hệ thống?**</mark>* thì tức là bạn đồng ý cho role này có tất cả các quyền truy cập vào tất cả các module trong hệ thống.

Nhấn **Lưu** hoặc **Lưu & Đóng** để hoàn tất thao tác tạo mới một role trong hệ thống
