# Quên mật khẩu

Hãy thực hiện theo các bước sau để có thể lấy lại mật khẩu cho tài khoản:

* Tại màn hình đăng nhập, người dùng nhấn chọn **Quên mật khẩu.**

* Hệ thống sẽ hiển thị một màn hình để người dùng nhập thông tin email. Người dùng vui lòng nhập thông tin email đã điền khi khởi tạo tài khoản.&#x20;

* Sau khi điền email, người dùng sẽ nhấn **Đặt lại mật khẩu**, hệ thống sẽ tự động gửi 1 email chứa đường link; click vào link này để nhập mật khẩu mới.
* Sau bước này, bạn đã có thể sử dụng mật khẩu mới để đăng nhập vào hệ thống
