Truy cập vào màn hình quản lý file/ebook với tác thao tác: Nhấn chọn Quản lý tài nguyên, sau đó chọn Quản lý file/ebook để truy cập vào màn hình danh sách

Tại cột Số lần tải xuống của bảng danh sách file sẽ hiển thị số lượng click vào file của khách hàng

Để xem thông kê chi tiết, bạn nhấn vào tên file mà bạn muốn theo dõi:

Bạn có thể thấy biểu đồ thống kê như trên ảnh. Biểu đồ thể hiện tần suất tải xuống file theo thời gian của khách hàng.&#x20;

Bạn có thể tuỳ chỉnh thời gian xem biểu đồ thống kê ở góc trên bên phải biểu đồ. Bạn cần chọn ngày bắt đầu và ngày kết thúc thống kê và nhấn **LƯU** để xem biểu đồ:&#x20;
