Để kiểm tra xem quá trình đồng bộ đã diễn ra chính xác chưa, bạn hãy làm theo các bước hướng dẫn sau:

Trước tiên, bạn truy cập vào hệ thống Nanosoft bằng tài khoản có quyền admin.

Ở thanh menu bên trái, bạn nhấn vào **Quản lý khách hàng**, sau đó chọn **Quá trình điều trị** như hình sau:

Trên danh sách quản lý liệu trình, bạn hãy tìm và chọn một khách hàng có lịch sử quá trình điều trị, ví dụ như sau:

Hãy copy mã hồ sơ để nhập lên hệ thống CDP.

Bạn truy cập vào màn hình Quản lý liệu trình theo hướng dẫn trong hình sau:

Sau đó, bạn paste mã hồ sơ mà bạn vừa copy ở bước 3 vào filter **MÃ HỒ SƠ** trên bộ lọc:

Nhấn ![](/files/tXAPyqyRBNGtagWgd8If)để lọc tìm liệu trình đó. Sau đó, bạn hãy so sánh xem dữ liệu của liệu trình đó trên Nanosoft so với trên hệ thống CDP đã khớp chưa.
